Adding “Chain of Custody” Field

Final Report – Chain of Custody Number We also need a field to enter the Chain of Custody (COC) number in the final report. Clients rely on this for tracking and frequently request it. I recall this was discussed previously and a placeholder was mentioned—has that been implemented yet?

Chain of Custody Number Field:  There is not currently a dedicated field for COC number. Consider recording this in the Notes or Description fields during Sample Login. These fields are present when running the Sample Summary report, and if you use other final report Excel templates it looks like many of them display these fields automatically (it appears “Description” is on them more frequently).
